Tax deductions

Donations may qualify for tax deductions ranging from 40% to 80% on Personal Income Tax (IRPF).
(Only applicable to donations. Payments for services are excluded.)

Individuals

80% on the first €250 donated.
40% on the remaining annual donation amount.
45% in the case of recurring donations.*

Legal entities (companies and similar organisations)

40%, up to a limit of 10% of the taxable income for the financial year. If the donation exceeds this limit, the excess may be deducted over the following 10 tax years.
50% in the case of recurring donations.*

* Recurring donations means donations made by an individual or legal entity to the same organisation for three consecutive years, with the amount donated each year being equal to or greater than the amount donated in the previous year. For example, this criterion will apply in the 2025 tax year based on donations made in 2023 and 2024.
